A Preview of Our Season:

* Fall Concert sendoff & Tour: ‘Aiga has been invited to collaborate with Professor Erin Guinup (Founding Artistic Director of the Tacoma Refugee Choir, Director of Puget Sound Singers, and incoming Director of Choirs at the Asian Pacific Cultural Center). This is more than just a trip to Tacoma—it’s an opportunity for our singers to learn from Professor Guinup, collaborate with local choirs and dance groups, and study songs, dances, and styles from the Pacific. We are deeply humbled that the APCC will be hosting our welcome dinner and concert!

* Winter Celebration: Coming off of tour, we dive right into our Winter Celebration! This concert features music celebrating the season, showcases our small singer led groups, and will feature an aspiring conductor who will get the chance to conduct ‘Aiga. Because our fall is dedicated to Tacoma, this winter concert will be largely run and shaped by our singers and what they want to do!

* Spring Concert sendoff and Tour: ‘Aiga is beyond excited to head to Spokane to join forces with the Gonzaga University Choirs! We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Meg Stohlmann—Director of Choral Activities at Gonzaga, Director of the Spokane Symphony Chorale, and WA State ACDA Tenor/Bass Chair—for inviting us to share the stage! We can’t wait to connect with our Spokane ‘Aiga and showcase the power of music by sharing love, space, and community!

* Summer: TBA

Important Audition & Member Info:

* Returning Members: You do not need to re-audition, but you must attend callbacks. Please let Le’asi know by August 9th so he can get your music to you.

* Year-Long Commitment: Because we have two tours and a busy, exciting year ahead, joining 'Aiga requires a full-year commitment. Please keep this in mind when signing up to audition!
